ASP is a leading company providing handheld and autonomous photonics-based solutions. One of the main products that have been developed in ASP is a laser cleaning/ablation system (LCS). ASP is considered one of the first companies to produce handheld and portable LCS. In ASP, currently, high-power LCSs such as 200-watt, 500-watt and 1000-watt are being built. R&D is also working to automate this process using industrial robotics. Main tasks and duties overview: Project Manager
l Determine and define project scope and objectives
l Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manne
l Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
l Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
l Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
l Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
l Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
l Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
l Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Planing, monitoring R&D and IT projects and ensure deadlines are met
Engage with stakeholders, organize meetings and record reports
Monitor the budget and maintain documentation
Receive, validate and manage the deliverables
Develop and analyze statistics
Establish sales and customer experience processes
Develop and validate the processes for putting products online
Analyze sales performance indicators and the achievement of objectives.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
Qualifications :
l Experience with C# .NET development (WPF desirable) and C++ on Linux.
l Strong in OOP
l Understanding of asynchronous programming and concurrency (tasks, threads, background workers)
l Familiarity with the Eigen linear algebra C++ library
l Understanding/experience with network protocols and tools, packet architecture, hexadecimal arithmetic.
l Familiarity with the Robotic Operating System (ROS)
l Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
l Good to be familiar with hardware-oriented programming
