High precision all-in-one integrated system. Sturdy robust frame with granite plate for motion stages and sturdy welded stainless steel frame. Workstation is design to house a class 4 Laser with proper safety interlock doors, emergency stops to be used in and industrial environment. Camera system in-line with Laser beam path for precision setup and live viewing. Manual or automatic tube feeding supporting length of 6ft is standard. Automatic feeder clamp included.
Optics and Optical path:
All Laser optics are custom designed and manufactured to minimize loss . Beam characteristics can be customized and changed upon request. Autofocus with Z stage.
Motion system to include one linear stage and on rotary stage. AEROTECH MADE IN USA. Typical linear stage for laser stent cutting with 160mm travel,±.300nm accuracy, 1nm resolution, ±75nm repeatability, maximum speed of 350mm/s. Typical rotary stage for laser stent cutting with ability to accommodate from 0.1 to 7.9mm diameter with pneumatic collet. Rotary stage performance of maximum speed of 600rpm, Accuracy of 5 arc second and repeatability of 2 arc second. Automatic Feeder up to 6ft tubes with manual loading (working with automatic feeder clamp in integrated system).
Fiber laser IPG MADE IN USA, single mode fiber 1070nm wavelength operating in pulse CW mode, 150 Watts average power and M2 better or equal to 1.05. Gas assist cleaning, no chiller required.

Touch screen & joystick for manual control and quick set-up. User friendly HMI (Human machine interface) customization possible based on client requirements. The HMI provides the integrated central control for the Laser Processing system. The HMI provides an interface to the laser system, monitoring Camera System and motion System. The HMI is design to give the operator an intuitive interface to machine interface. It also provides a GCode interpreter to run files produced by various CAD/CAM programs. Our works closely with Cagila to provide a seamless solution to create GCode from the client model and easily run it on the Our HMI. The software also ensure that there no collision conditions created within the system during operations. Our HMI provides a custom environment for the operator where privileges can be tailored by the administrator of the Laser Processing System. All the user have to login in order to gain access to the machine.
